The center drive ball mill

All parts of the center drive ball mill locate in the same axis or the same parallel axes, which is installed with electromotor, fluid coupling, reducer, discharge gate, main bearing and the barrel, replacing the circum drive through the big and small gears of the common mill with centre drive. During the moment when the motor starts in no-load status and reach to the rated speed, the operating oil in the fluid coupling will transmit the torque through the kinetic energy of the motor so as to drive the reducer and barrel to move together and put the mill into operation.

To replace the babbitt metal lubricated bearing with the large double row self-aligning roller bearing, which has long service life, good leakproofness and is easy for disassembling and cleaning, meanwhile it is equipped with manual dry oil station for regular refueling so as to make the bearings in good lubrication condition.
Using cylindrical roller bearing, which could lessen the frictional resistance, using the fluid coupling and gear accelerator so as to make the motor power reduce 10.7%-40.5% when compared with the common mill, with significant energy-saving effect.
Viewing from the usage condition of the products since they are put on the market, center drive ball mill will recover the investment cost in terms of energy conservation when comparing with the circum driving mill.
